|Sensitive||“You can learn other psychic feats. Furthermore, the [GM] may provide you with special information, such as a strange feeling in a certain spot in the house, disturbing dreams, or other inexplicable occurrences. You have no control over these sensations and revelations; thus, this power doesn’t require an action to activate. If a Psychic Focus check is required (say, for very faint extrasensory sensations), the GM may roll it secrelty so that you won’t know whether you succeeded.”|
|Second Sight||“You can see invisible creatures, objects, or energies, as long as they are of a supernatural nature. You cannot see natural objects that are invisible (such as X-rays) but you can see supernaturally invisible creatures, such as star vampires. You do not need to activate this power; the [GM] tells you when you witness something others cannot see (probably by asking for a Sanity check right away).
If a supernatural creature is using Hide or Move Silently, your character can oppose that roll with a Psychic Focus check instead of Spot or Listen; the GM may make this roll secretly so that you don’ t know whether you succeeded.”
Equipment: To Be Added
Despite the fact that Scott is a psychic, he has never really experienced psychic phenomena, at least not done so and realized it. He as noticed that he gets strange and ominous feelings about things a little more frequently than most people, but generally chalks that up to nerves.
Scott is a trial lawyer by profession (specializing in criminal defense) and makes a fairly substantial income. He’s a member of a small, though effective, partnership – meaning he doesn’t report to anyone, but also meaning that he doesn’t get paid if he doesn’t get work. In his spare time Scott enjoys exercising, weight lifting, eating out at fine restaurants, and going for drives in his convertible.
Scott lives alone in a downtown apartment that’s much smaller than someone in his tax bracket would normally keep. As far as he’s concerned, there isn’t much point having people over to his place when he doesn’t cook and doesn’t own a radio. He does own a television, but he mostly uses it for watching news broadcasts.
